It’s often a challenge for us when we go on holiday (many reading this will be on holidays piling on the pounds.  I get it, it used to be me) to maintain the body we have been working so hard to get.

The wine, the ice cream the meals out, the “A sure we’re on holidays” mindset that we all succumb to.

The annoying thing is…

One week of misbehaving can cause over a stone of weight gain (for me anyway).

Not fair is it?

What if I told you, I can solve your holiday issues and offered to show you how to eat healthily for optimal fatloss while on holidays, having whisked you away to the Canary Islands for 5 nights and 6 days training the mind and body in the sun!

What a typical retreat day will look like

7am – Yoga and Mindset training

8.30am Breakfast

Relax time

11am Bootcamp class

12.30pm Lunch


6pm Core class

7.30pm Dinner

Relax time
